Charmaine and I decided to go with basic noodles so we can just be prepared for more difficult recipes later on. I think that our spaghetti turned out to thick, but other then that, I was impressed. 
The hardest part was making the spaghetti thin enough, which we didn’t achieve, and also cutting the spaghetti evenly. Another thing was at the end, all of our spaghetti pieces stuck together, creating a mush-ball, but we ended up ripping them apart. I thought that the food was amazing but very filling, and some things I was sad that I learned how to make it. For example, the Alfrado sauce was made of butter and heavy cream. That’s the only thing that I didn’t enjoy about the project. Although if I wanted to learn anything, then I would have to know something “disturbing”.
 I learned how to make dough, spaghetti, and even Marinara sauce. Since I was the one who cut the tomatoes and some of the spaghetti I improved my “chopping”skills by a lot. I got to learn a lot about the people around me, Marinara sauce and mostly dough/spaghetti. I had a great time cooking the food and shopping for the food, which was fun, just to get off-campus once in a while is fun. I would have changed only one thing, which was cleaning. Of course I left after eating and skipped clean up, which was really embarrassing after someone was sent to get me and watching everyone frustrated and cleaning up my own mess. The thing I would have changed was I would have cleaned the table after spilling all the flour, egg yoke, and water, because at the end it became sticky and hard to remove. Other then that I had a greatt time cooking with everyone. Good job guys!
